Texas Pride Lending, LLC is a licensed residential mortgage loan origination company, NMLS #1479522, based in Dallas, Texas and registered in the state since 2016. We work with real estate investors who sell property using owner financing and who are required to use a licensed originator under the Dodd-Frank Act and the Texas SAFE Act. Our clients are investors and their closing partners, not consumers. We prepare the origination and ability-to-repay file that allows their transaction to close in compliance.
